Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging Nytra Digital s.r.o. ("Nytra Digital", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services

Nytra Digital provides custom website design, development, and deployment services for small businesses, along with optional digital advertising management. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for each engagement are set out in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Payment

The standard website build fee is $229 USD, payable in full prior to project start unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment confirms your acceptance of the project scope. Refunds are not available once design work has commenced.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom code, copy, and assets produced for your website. Nytra Digital retains the right to use your finished website in its portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party fonts, libraries, or stock assets included in your site remain subject to their respective licenses. We will notify you of any such assets.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, logos, and content for use on your site.
• Ensuring you have the right to use any materials you supply.
• Timely feedback and approvals during the build process.
• Maintaining your domain registration after handover.

6. Hosting

Nytra Digital deploys client sites to Cloudflare Pages under the client's Cloudflare account at no monthly cost. Free hosting is contingent on Cloudflare's platform remaining free for static sites. We are not liable for any future changes to Cloudflare's pricing or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nytra Digital's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities.

8. No guarantees of specific results

We build websites optimized for local and AI search, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes. SEO and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. CAN-SPAM compliance

If you receive a commercial email from us and wish to opt out, reply with "unsubscribe" or click the opt-out link in the email. We honor all opt-out requests within 24 hours and will not send further marketing emails to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Praha, Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
